Stacy Adams respects your privacy and understands the importance of protecting Personal Information we process when you use our website ("Site"). Stacy Adams collects Personal Information that you provide to us or one of our carefully selected service providers when you use the Site. "Personal Information" is information that, alone or in combination with other information, could be used to identify you, such as your name, date of birth, email address, IP address, mailing address, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, user ID, or password. You will be required to submit certain Personal Information to create a Stacy Adams Account and when you order Stacy Adams products on the Site to the extent it is necessary for us to provide our service and fulfill your requests/orders.
However, all debit/credit cards information and other financial information is processed by our third-party payment processer, Authorize.net, PayPal or Amazon Pay. Stacy Adams does not access, handle, or store your Financial Information. However, Stacy Adams will receive certain Personal Information which you provide to our Payment Processor, PayPal or Amazon Pay as necessary to finalize your order such as your name, address, mailing address, billing address, phone number and email address. We will maintain a record of the purchases that you make when ordering from our Site.

2. Electronic Data.

Stacy Adams may collect and store Electronic Data regarding your interactions with and use of the Site. Electronic Data we may collect includes, but is not limited to, your electronic device identifier, hardware information, operating system version, browser type and version, browser language, Media Access Control (MAC), screen resolution, cookies information, system type, access times, referring website URLs, and other electronic information about your interactions with us.

Note that such data may be collected through technological tools that enable us to profile or geolocate you, in which case we may be required to request your distinct opt-in consent to do so, depending of applicable privacy law.

3. Aggregate Data.

Stacy Adams may also extract Information that does not identify you specifically, commonly referred to as Aggregate Data, from the Personal Information, cookies or other information collected on this Site. Any Personal Information that we aggregate will be used in a manner so that it irreversibly no longer contains Personal Information.

HOW AND WHEN WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect Personal Information when you provide it to Stacy Adams, its service providers or its licensors through your use of the Site. We may collect Personal Information from you in the following situations:

1.Voluntary Communications with Us.

We collect Personal Information when you communicate with us. For instance, at the end of the Site, we invite you to provide us with PersonalInformation so that we may contact you regarding your visit of the Site. We also collect Personal Information you choose to submit to provide you with previews, offers, promotions and other electronic communications regarding our products.

If you sign up to receive those electronic communications, you consent to our sending such electronic communications to you using the email address or phone number you provide.

You may elect to receive text messages from us. When you sign up to receive text messages, we will send you information about promotional offers and more. 2.Stacy Adams Accounts.

We collect Personal Information when you create a Stacy Adams account. To create a Stacy Adams account, you are required to submit your name, email address and you may choose to submit your birthday month.

3.Purchases.

When you place an order on our Site, we will receive all Personal Information required to finalize your order, such as your name, shipping address, telephone number, email address and billing address. Stacy Adams does not receive your financial information when you make a purchase, but our third-party service providers who provide the payment processing services, PayPal or Amazon Pay, as applicable, will receive that Financial Information.

4.Gift Cards.

When you purchase a gift card through the Site, you will need to provide your Personal Information, including Financial Information. We will also collect any messages and other information that you may provide when purchasing a gift card, such as the name and address of the gift card recipient.

5.On-Line Sweepstakes, Contests or Other Promotions.

If you participate in our online sweepstakes, contests, or other promotions, you will need to submit certain Personal Information to enter, to receive any prize awarded and as otherwise specified in any official rules or other entry guidelines.

If you participate in our on-line sweepstakes, contests, or other promotions, you may be asked whether you wish to receive information about Stacy Adams promotions and products and you may opt-in to receive this information by checking the appropriate opt-in box. If you choose to opt-in to receive communications, we will collect Personal Information and will use that Personal Information to send you information via email or regular mail about Stacy Adams promotions and products. You may unsubscribe at any time, as explained above.

6.Live Chat.

If you use the live chat feature on the Site, we will collect the transcript of that communication and other Information that you may submit or input using that feature. If you use a chat feature while signed into your Stacy Adams account, we may link the submitted Information to your account.

7.Store Locator.

Stacy Adams uses the Google Maps API(s) as part of its "Store Locator" feature. Pursuant to the Google Maps APIs Terms of Service, use of this location feature is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy. As stated above, our use of such technology may be subject to your specific opt-in consent to activate such functionality under applicable privacy law.

8.Social Media.

We collect and store Personal Information when you post on our social media accounts or interact with them.

HOW AND WHEN WE AUTOMATICALLY COLLECT ELECTRONIC DATA

We may automatically collect certain Electronic Data through your use of the Site to the extent permitted under applicable law.

1.Electronic Device Data.

We may collect account activity and data collected by the servers we or our service providers use to operate the Site.

2.Data Collection Tools.

We collect Information using a variety of tools including, but not limited to, cookies, pixel tags/web beacons, web forms and fields, clear GIFs and other technologies/methods. FLORSHEIM USES THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:

Stacy Adams uses commercially reasonable efforts to protect your Personal Information. Stacy Adams and its third-party service providers have implemented security measures to help protect against the risk of loss, misuse or alteration of any Information under Stacy Adams's control. Stacy Adams uses industry standard encryption protocols to safeguard the security of your transactions. We have measures in place to protect personal data, such as access controls to enforce access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.

However, it is important to understand that we cannot guarantee the security of Personal Information on the Internet and that you must also take precautions, such as not sharing your credentials with anyone. Stacy Adams participates in interest-based advertising, tailored to how you browse or shop, or you may see advertising for Stacy Adams on other websites based on your browser behavior across websites. Stacy Adams participates in social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube that enable online sharing and collaboration among customers. This Site may allow you to connect to and share information with these various social media platforms.
